Naturopathic Consultation
$175 per hour

Together, in a non-rushed appointment, we will begin to peel back the layers, always seeking the root cause of dis-ease. Through different modalities such as nutrition, exercise, lifestyle counseling, bodywork, herbs, nutritional supplements, homeopathy, and flower essences, I will put together a custom plan for you.  *Can be in-person or telehealth*

Mind-Body Integration 
$85 per hour

I believe that we were uniquely made, and our stories are different.   I will work with you to help you better understand your own health (physical and mental) through mind-body integration, including meditation, I AM statements, EFT tapping, homeopathy, nutraceuticals, and more.  There is no copy-paste plan, your program will fit your individual needs.  I strongly believe that food and movement are an important piece to the puzzle.  Working together, we will find root cause of why we make the unhealthy choices (food, habits, relationships, and more) we continue to make.  We will peel back the layers, and heal from the inside out.  *Can be in-person or telehealth*

Reiki 
$80 per hour

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. Holy Fire Reiki uses the concepts of God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus; however, it is not a religious practice. Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing for anyone.

Quantum Clay Therapy

This is an energetic therapy that uses quantum clay mud packs to aid and support the detoxification of old and new injury sites on the body. It promotes uninterrupted energy flow to targeted muscles, organs, and chakras. Quantum mud packs can quickly eliminate years of accumulated toxins caused by an injury that may impair lymphatic flow, nerve and muscle function. Accumulated toxins have been known to prevent and or delay healing

Emotion Code

Emotional Code therapy is for anyone experiencing emotional pain, trauma, or frustration that feels hard to resolve. Oftentimes we have no clue where it came from or why it is showing up.  Emotion Code is a way of discovering past experiences that are keeping your body stuck in old patterns and giving you the opportunity to let them go. Emotions such as depression, grief, anger, sadness, fear, addictions, birth trauma, adoption trauma, sexual trauma, bitterness, resentment, life transitions and so much more can be resolved and released so that you can experience freedom, calmness, and the ability to manage your emotions powerfully.

It is my desire to see every family experience the birth process as a safe, empowering, and memorable rite of passage.  The best thing a couple can do is to research every aspect of the birthing process and to make a decision that best fits their needs. I believe that birth is different for every family; my role is to help educate and advocate for you and to help you achieve the birth you desire!

  • Evidence-based informational guidance throughout pregnancy, labor/delivery, and immediate postpartum.

  • On-call starting at 38 weeks

  • One postpartum visit to review the birth, assist with any newborn care or infant feeding questions, and help with adjustments.

  • Referrals for local resources to help meet your needs towards a successful & supported postpartum period.
