I truly believe in the healing power of the breath and meditation. In this fast-paced world we live in today, it is so important to slow down, breathe, and just be still. Proverbs 46:10 tells us to "be still", Psalms 19:14 talks about "the meditation of my heart". Meditation is simply is slowing down, quieting the mind, being still, surrendering and listening.
You can not pour from an empty cup! Not only can meditation reduce stress and improve our overall quality of life, it can also enhance and strengthen our immune system!
